Welcome to Japaflex! We're committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all users. These community guidelines outline the rules for participating in our platform. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use Japaflex. Users found to be under this age will have their accounts permanently removed.

  • Use your real identity. Fake accounts will be removed.
     

2. Respect and Inclusivity

  • Treat others with kindness, dignity, and respect.

  • Do not engage in bullying, harassment, or hate speech.

  • Avoid using language or images that are discriminatory based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
     

3. Content Guidelines

Do not post or share:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent material

  • Threats or incitement to violence

  • Misinformation or disinformation

  • Sensitive personal information (e.g., phone numbers, addresses)

  • Spam, phishing, or deceptive content

  • Illegal activities like drugs sales, weapons, hacking.

  • Violence/ gore contents (whether real or simulated)

  • Harmful misinformation (fake news, medical hoaxes)
     

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations

  • Use of bots or scripts to manipulate engagement

  • Selling or attempting to sell accounts

  • Any illegal activity including fraud, hacking, or distribution of pirated material
     

5. Location and Privacy

  • Japaflex uses location data to personalize your experience.

  • Misrepresenting your location or spoofing geographic data is strictly prohibited.

  • Respect others’ privacy.
     

6. Group and Community Interactions

  • Engage in groups respectfully.

  • Avoid trolling or intentionally disrupting conversations.

  • Report suspicious or inappropriate group activities.
     

7. Events and Promotions

  • Events must be legal, safe, and inclusive.

  • Do not promote get-rich-quick schemes or multi-level marketing scams.
     

8. Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, Japaflex may:

  • Remove content

  • Issue a warning

  • Temporarily suspend your account

  • Permanently terminate your account
     

9. Enforcement Actions

  • 1st Offense: Warning + Content Removal.

  • 2nd Offense: 7-day suspension.

  • 3rd Offense: Permanent ban.

  • Severe Violations (hate speech, illegal acts): Immediate ban.

  • Appeals: Banned users may request a review via support@japaflex.com.
     

9. Reporting and Appeals

  • Users can report content or behavior that violates our guidelines.

  • Reports will be reviewed by our moderation team.

  • If your content or account is restricted, you will be notified and can appeal the decision.

  • False reports may also lead to penalties.
