Japaflex Cardio Tennis: Newcastle Showed Up!

On 11th July, Japaflex arrived at Leazes Park, Newcastle, for the 4th edition of the CardioTennis series, bringing together people from different backgrounds for an afternoon that proved once again that sport has an incredible way of bringing communities together.
From first-time players picking up a racquet to those with a little more experience, everyone joined in with enthusiasm, laughter, and a willingness to connect. It wasn't just about tennis; it was about meeting new people, staying active, supporting one another, and creating friendships that extend far beyond the court.
